Refund Policy

1. Who we are

Inkaer is a service operated by ResearchOrg(“we,” “us”), a corporation based in Ontario, Canada. Payments through Inkaer are collected by ResearchOrg via Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), which acts as our merchant of record. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Placement fees

Companies pay a placement fee when they proceed with hiring a student through Inkaer, as described on our Pricingpage and presented before the charge is authorized. Because a placement fee unlocks the candidate’s full profile and direct contact at the moment it is charged, placement fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.

If a placement does not proceed, you may cancel and select another candidate from the same shortlist at no additional charge. Inkaer does not issue automatic credits.

3. Re-record fees

Students may record one application video per role at no cost. A $25 re-record fee applies to each additional attempt. Because paying the re-record fee immediately grants a fresh recording attempt, re-record fees are non-refundable once the new attempt has been made available.

4. Requesting a refund

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged more than once, or have another billing concern, contact us at support@inkaer.com within 30 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction details. We review every request, and eligible refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate charges and charges resulting from a clear processing error are refunded in full once verified. If a payment is declined or reversed, access to the related paid feature may be suspended until the payment is resolved.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where mandatory law grants you a refund right that exceeds this policy, that law prevails.
